Dietary requirements
We cater for most food allergies and intolerances.
The catering venues across campus are not allergen free environments. Management advise that food prepared in this kitchen may contain or have come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, soybeans, sesame, milk, eggs, wheat, lupins, mustard, celery, shellfish, fish or sulphur dioxide.
Each catering outlet has an allergen folder which can be referred to if required in locating specific allergens for each product.
