A confidential and safe space, these sessions provide space and time, as well as a friendly face and a listening ear, for staff to access support and advice in a way that is right for them.
The drop-in sessions will run from 1.30pm-2.30pm every Wednesday afternoon. They will be held in the quiet room in the Centre of Faith and Spirituality within the Edward Herbert Building. There is no need to book, you can simply turn up during these times. Sessions will alternate weekly between the Trans and Non-binary drop-in which focuses on gender, and the LGBT+ drop-in which focuses on sexuality (more details can be found below).

As just a few examples, we cater to staff needing specific advice or support regarding social and/or medical transition or disclosing their identity to others.
