Liberal Arts is the perfect way to open your opportunities up with module options being varied from the very beginning.
The lecturers are fantastic, I love all of them and they really make lectures immersive and interesting.I also love how interactive the course has been.
The lecturers make the course, they are experts in their field and seem to be very passionate about the subject. Although the department is relatively small, it is very supportive and still offers a broad range of modules.
During my time here I have found both the facilities and quality of teaching at º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ to be of a very high standard. The library has proved an invaluable resource to me throughout my studies as both a place to work and conduct research.
The English lecturers knew names and faces, and this meant the teaching could really be catered to us, this is one thing I loved, being able to approach the lecturers and they know you and help you in any way they could.
One of the things that I think makes English at º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ so special is the genuine care and compassion you receive from the department across the course of your degree. I have felt fully supported, both in and out of lectures.
The Doctoral College and my own school provide financial support that has allowed me to present at numerous international conferences – I’ve been able to disseminate my research while exploring the world.
I particularly enjoy the supportive environment at º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ, including the guidance from my supervisors. This support has allowed me to fully embrace the intellectual stimulation and independence of PhD research.
