Wellbeing advisors
Our trusted and professional wellbeing advisors can offer information and support to students relating to a range of wellbeing issues, including stress, bereavement, family or relationship worries. It's quick and easy to make an appointment, and can all be complete online.
Supportive counselling
Our specially trained team of counsellors can provide you with a confidential and safe environment to talk and reflect on past experiences. Their short-term counselling service aims offers you some relief from the emotional and psychological issues that are affecting your studies or time at University. Mental health matters
We have a friendly and experienced mental health support team who are on hand to provide practical help and guidance to students facing personal challenges. Our team will work with you to understand the impact your mental health is having on your studies, before arranging effective coping strategies that will help to improve your University experience.
