Athena STEM
Athena STEM (previously Girls into STEM) has been launched as an online resource to showcase STEM courses and careers.
The website is aimed at students in Years 9, 10 and 11 and aims to raise interest in STEM subjects and careers, specifically amongst students who identify as females, but all are welcome!
To gain access to this resource, students are to sign up individually, using the link below. They will then receive an email granting them access to the exclusive website. Once they receive this link, students are free to access the site at times which suit them, to fit around their studies and other commitments.
This site will feature a series of pre-recorded STEM related taster sessions, inspiring career stories and information and guidance about university life and researching options.
This programme is supported by the Ford Motor Company Fund, a non-profit organisation and the philanthropic arm of Ford Motor Company and so is free for the students to attend.
