ISO K Assessment

The ISO-K is equipment that allows us to measure muscle strength, total work of muscles and the angle of the joint muscles are strongest. This allows us to compare sides e.g. right leg to left leg and to get baseline measurements or monitor progress through injuries, often helping to guide rehabilitation.
