Please be aware that you may be on the TV if the game is televised.

Ball Crew Duties

Ball crew sit at the four corners of the NSL Show Court.

If the Match Ball goes out of court (over the boards) the Ball Crew member nearest to the player is required to pass the new ball (that will be next to them) back to the Player and then go and retrieve the other ball and keep that next to them.

Ball crew are not required to be on the NSL Show court at any time during play.

Ball Crew can be rotated each quarter, at the break.

Full details and expectations will be given on the day.

It is recommended that Ball Crew are aged 9 years and up.

Ball Carrier Duties

The Ball Carrier will stand with the Umpires at the start of the Match and walk on to the court to deliver the Match Ball to the Team who has won the first center pass.

The Ball Carrier will then leave the court and enjoy the match with their guests seated in our Gold seating.

Shadine Van Der Merwe session - 1000 - 1230 

Lunch - 1230- 1315

Jodie Gibson - 1315 - 1600

 

What to bring:

  • Trainers and clothing suitable for exercise, please remove all jewelry (Religious or medical items may be taped)
  • A water bottle/drinks (there is a water machine available for athletes at the Centre).
  • Packed Lunch and snacks
  • All sessions are run by Netball Level 2 coaches who have completed a University DBS and Safeguarding.  There will also be a qualified First Aider on site.
