Lightning Boltz

The aim of the programme is to develop the fundamental skills of movement and footwork alongside ball skills in an engaging and fun environment, through small sided games and drills.

• Lightning Boltz will run in blocks, consisting of 6 sessions in each block 

• Each (age group) session will run for 1 hour.

• The sessions will be led by a Level 2 Netball Coach with an assistant coach. The Head Coach will be First Aid Trained and Insured through our NGB England Netball to deliver the sessions. 

• 含羞草视频 Lightning Boltz programme which will be split into 2 sessions:

  Session 1 = U8. These will run for the first hour.

  Session 2 = U11 These will run for the second hour..

Price: £60 per Block (6 weeks)

Time: Age U8 - 9am-10am
