Boycott

º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Sport and º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Lightning have confirmed today that they will stand with the wider sporting community by taking part in a social media boycott from 15:00 on Friday 30 April to 23:59 on Monday 3 May.

The boycott will cover º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Sport and º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Lightning social media channels.

The boycott comes in response to ongoing discrimination, bullying and racism online aimed at athletes, fans and all members of sport, and by taking part º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Sport would like to reiterate its stance to zero tolerance in all aspects and levels of sport. 

Standing arm in arm with its partners and fellow members of the sporting community, º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Sport aims to encourage social media companies to tackle the problem head on.
