Tully Kearney added to her glorious gold yesterday by winning another superb gold in the Women’s 100m Freestyle S5 final.

Cycling

º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Lightning rider Jenny Holl won bronze as she piloted visually impaired teammate Sophie Unwin in the Women's B 1000m time trial. The duo stormed around the Velodrome in 1:07.879 to secure a well-deserved podium place.

Athletics

In a fiercely competitive heat, º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ-based Zac Shaw secured his spot in the Men's 100m T12 final by clocking 11.15 seconds.

Shaw will now battle for the medals tomorrow evening (Saturday 31 August, 9:08pm, live on Channel 4).

Wheelchair basketball

º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Lightning’s Bo Kramer helped the Netherlands to a dominant 87-34 win against Japan in Pool B.

Kramer notched 27 points and will be back in action tomorrow evening versus the USA (31 August, 5.15pm).

Wheelchair tennis

º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ College student Abbie Breakwell suffered defeat in the opening round of the Women’s Doubles. Competing alongside Lucy Shuker, Breakwell lost 6-2, 6-4, to Netherlands duo Jinte Bos and Lizzy De Greef.

Breakwell will be back in action tomorrow (31 August) in the Women’s Singles first round where she’ll face the USA’s Maylee Phelp.
