º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Leadership Development
As we continue our journey towards Creating Better Futures. Together, it’s important to take a moment to reflect on the significant role that leadership plays in achieving our strategic ambitions. At the heart of our strategy lies a commitment to creating a culture of collaboration, innovation, inclusion, creativity and responsibility - values that are only realised when each of us steps into our roles as leaders, regardless of our position or title.
Leadership at our University is not just about those with formal titles. It is about inspiring and empowering each other, driving positive change, and continuously striving for personal and professional growth. To support this, through the work on Project Expectations, we are placing a renewed emphasis on leadership development to ensure all staff are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to navigate the complexities of our current landscape.
Our leadership development currently incorporates our º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Leadership Forum, our Leadership Learning Sprints and our Leadership Resources, with additional elements to be added in 2025. Further details on what’s currently available are below.
Please note that these new initiatives are designed to complement, not replace, our core programs and other forms of learning.
