Project Management Office
Technology, Planning, Collaboration & Delivery
The IT Services Project Management Office (PMO) works in collaboration with stakeholders to deliver IT change that adds value. We ensure IT change is delivered as effectively, transparently and cost-efficiently as possible. We ensure that the IT projects undertaken are the most valuable and appropriate use of resource and that capacity is available to meet demand, given the University’s strategic objectives, operational needs and appetite for risk.
At the portfolio level we focus on ensuring we are “doing the right things” and at the project level we focus on “doing things right”. Our capability is under continuous process improvement and aligned to maturing its P3M capability in line with the Axelos (formally OGC) Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model P3M3®.
