Description of the Works
Roller shutters and access gates maintenance & repair will take place in the buildings listed below.
The work needs to be done to ensure fire safety compliance and security within University buildings. The buildings affected are:

Sir John Ferguson (022)
Martin Hall (004)
Morag Bell (009)
National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine (NCSEM) (210)
Pilkington Library (030)
S Building (021)
Schofield Building (005)
The Contractor, Etron, will be working in various locations around the building. The disruption is expected to be minimal. The Contractor has been asked to report to receptions where applicable prior to carrying out the work in each building.
Timescale
The work will take place from 18 August and 30 October 2024 between the hours of 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
