Description of the works
Replace the incoming gas main pipework supply as it is currently non-compliant and installed to a sealed duct, new pipework to be run out of duct on new strut to clad wall.
During the works, gas will be unavailable Monday-Wednesday, and as a consequence, the boiler and heating to the workshop/store area will be offline.
The works will be carried out by the University's gas specialist contractor, William Freer.
