EPSRC Innovation Placements

º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Doctoral College have identified partners willing to host EPSRC-funded doctoral students for an ‘Innovation Placement’.

What is an ‘EPSRC Innovation Placement’?
An opportunity for º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ EPSRC funded PhD students to gain innovation experience outside of their immediate PhD research project and team.

We have a range of exciting placements available, including with Unilever (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) in Liverpool, Nemaura (Medical Devices and Pharma) in º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ and DNV GL (Oil and Gas business) in º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ.
The placement duration may be flexible up to 3 months, subject to agreement by the host. The funding for these placements in the 2019/20 academic year has ended.  

To be eligible for this scheme, you must be in receipt of an EPSRC funded studentship, or be a º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ-funded student incorporated into one of the EPSRC CDTs.  If you are unsure of your eligibility please contact Rebecca Ginger or Jill Thurman.
