  • £6,859.51 (£165.01 per week) - Large standard (double) in Somerton or Highfields (8 beds)
  • £9,173.20 (£220.66 per week) - One bedroom self-contained flat (1 bed)

All fees above include utilities, wired and wireless network, housekeeping service, out of hours Warden Service, Endsleigh insurance policy cover and hall activities.

Please note: If you are a returning student to halls for September 2024, you will have a 41 week let contract, but only be charged for 39 weeks, meaning you get to enjoy two weeks in halls for free. Applicable to contracts accepted prior to 1 August 2024 only.

Arrival dates

  • New Undergraduates: Wednesday 25 September 2024
  • Returning students: Friday 27 September 2024
  • Semester 2 students: Sunday 2 February 2025

New international students are able to move in early from Monday 23 September 2024, but you must notify us at sac@lboro.ac.uk if you plan to do this.

  • 41 week let (Returning students): 27 September 2024 - 12 July 2025
  • 18 week let (Semester 1): 25 September 2024 - 31 January 2025
  • 23 week let (Semester 2): 2 February 2024 - 12 July 2025

Hall committee

The Student Hall Committee are on hand to offer support to the hall community. The committees are elected annually and are run by students for students. Their job is to make sure you have a fantastic time in halls with plenty of events for everyone.
