We advertise a wide range of privately owned off-campus student accommodation on the º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Studentpad website. Our Studentpad website is the only place to find independently accredited and University approved accommodation in town, providing you with peace of mind.

Studentpad has a range of accommodation options just a short walk from campus. Options range from individual rooms and shared houses for your friend group, to self-contained flats and large private halls.

Safe and university approved accommodation

Landlords advertising properties on Studentpad have been accredited by DASH Landlord Accreditation and meet the standards set in partnership with Charnwood Borough Council. This means that all properties available to rent on Studentpad are good and safe homes that comply with the latest legislations.

All properties advertised on Studentpad have been inspected by the Student Accommodation Centre, making it the only website to find University approved accommodation in town. We are here to offer support and advice during your tenancy, so please do contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Students can choose to re-apply for halls or move into the private rental market in town. º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ has plenty of private house-share options and purpose built student accommodation available to suit your personal preferences. The University's Student Advice and Support Service also offer a contract checking service for properties in town and are there to help with advice if you experience any problems with your accommodation.
