International study
Studying abroad is an exciting and challenging opportunity to experience another culture as part of your degree.
The School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences supports the University’s commitment to offering our students Erasmus (European) and International Exchange opportunities.
Outgoing students
We encourage our students to gain the skills and competencies needed to flourish both at home and overseas in a rapidly advancing global environment.
A period of study or work abroad is an exciting and challenging opportunity to experience living and studying in another culture as part of your degree. It will enable you to gain confidence, broaden your horizons, and develop skills and experiences, which employers increasingly value, giving your degree an international edge.
Studying abroad offers the opportunity to gain a Diploma in International Studies (DIntS) alongside your degree; this is an additional award to the final qualification you will receive once you have successfully completed this course. It's also a brilliant way to make new friends and connections, improve language skills, gain a global outlook and make fantastic memories.
There are a range of international University-wide opportunities which you can apply to, as well as a selection of exchanges specifically for students from the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Science.
