Paul joins º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ having recently completed a Master’s in Mental Health Studies at King’s College London’s Institute for Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience. He has worked as an Assistant Psychologist in the NHS, and as a Research Assistant within Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at King’s. Paul graduated with a BSc in Psychology from Exeter University.
Paul changed his career direction in 2017 to pursue his research and clinical interests in Psychology. Previously, he worked for ten years as a communications expert specialising in financial services. This included four years as Vice President of Communications at BlackRock, the global asset manager.

Research title: The Effects of a Mindfulness and Rational-Emotive Behaviour Coaching intervention in Promoting Resilience and Organisational Wellbeing.
Paul’s research is investigating psychological resilience and mental wellbeing within organisations. He aims to develop and evaluate a contemporary psychologically informed intervention, comprising mindfulness and cognitive-behavioural coaching methods, aimed at improving worker resilience, wellbeing, and productivity.
