Key roles & responsibilities
To work within the School Operations team co-ordinating:
- Human Resources
- The extension of fixed-term contracts, and requests for changes in hours.
- The completion of in-School checks for staff Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) applications.
- Recording of staff sickness absence and other absence.
- Maintenance of the School's online Annual Leave Recorder for staff.
- Staff Recruitment, from the initial request for approval to recruit through to the allocation of desk space, provision of IT kit, and induction of new staff.
- Support for Academic Visitor requests.
- Office Allocation, Office Moves and New Build Support.
- Creating and updating staff profile pages on the School's website.
