Key roles and responsibilities

  • Line management of the School’s Research Administrator, Enterprise Administrator, and Doctoral Research Administrator
  • Ensure that the School’s processes in Research and Innovation are clear, consistent, and aligned to the School’s strategy.

Natalie works closely with:

  • The School’s Director of Doctoral Programmes on recruitment and research culture initiatives.
  • The School’s Athena SWAN Champion to ensure that the School delivers its Athena SWAN Action Plan.
  • The School’s Widening Participation Lead to produce an annual School WP Action Plan and support the delivery of a schedule of events
