- Monitoring of the Finance, University Teacher & Facilities Management mailboxes.
- Providing financial administration using the Agresso system to purchase goods and services; checking and processing of claims for expenses.
- Responsible for purchasing via Purchase Order and Purchasing Card; booking conferences, travel and accommodation for staff and research students.
- Ensuring casual teaching hours are added to the Dashboard system; checking and processing of claims for casual teaching staff.
