To facilitate the operational aspects of activity occurring in the NCSEM-East Midlands, including clinical services, research, education, and enterprise.
To ensure a high standard of customer service is provided to all of the NCSEM-East Midlands partners, patients and visitors at all times; handling complaints and ensuring that relevant complaints are passed swiftly on to the appropriate areas and dealt with accordingly.
Monitoring the cleaning operation and adherence to health and safety regulations and procedures.
Management of the Reception/Administration staff and the NCSEM Lab Assistant.
