This is the fourth time º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ has been awarded the prestigious title, coming after an epic summer of sport where University linked athletes brought home 35 medals from the Paris Games.
Underpinning º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ’s athlete successes is the world-leading sports-related research that takes place across the University. The School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences, Sports Technology Institute and Institute for Sport Business are all renowned for the fundamental and applied research they undertake in this field.
The University has also been named the best in the world for sports-related subjects for eight years running by the global QS higher education league table – testament to its outstanding regard among the world’s academic community.
