To mark Sugar Awareness Week, Dr Natalie Pearson has written a blog piece exploring the impact of added sugars in kids' snacks and her top tips for healthier options.
The blog highlights CLiMB research completed as part of the Kids FIRST project, as well as other research, suggesting that children and young people consume far more foods containing added sugars than they should be.
It also lists ten top tips to help families to reduce their children’s sugar intake.
