This course allows students to study a combination of physical sciences including chemistry, biosciences, mathematics, geography, physics and materials. Students get the chance to learn from multiple disciplines, with a focus on working and communicating across the sciences. These transferable skills are relevant for tackling real-world challenges.
The Natural Sciences BSc and MSCi degree courses are accredited by the Society for Natural Sciences (SNS) – a professional body for scientists, educators and students working across the discipline boundaries of science. The courses are recognised by SNS as “offering outstanding quality interdisciplinary science education, providing students with excellent learning opportunities and skills development to prepare them for future careers in research, education, business or industry”.
