Background
Before joining the Centre for Renewable Energy Technology research team, Alastair ran a small PV installation company called Current Generation (2010 onwards) and has previously worked as a project engineer for Photon Energy (2008-2010). This exposed him to the practical aspects of developing renewable projects.
Previous employment included spells at Remotes sensing specialists Infoterra and the Ordnance Survey.
In 2014 he graduated from º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ, completing the Renewable Energy Systems Technologies MSc via distance learning. Before this, he had completed a BSc in Geography in 2004 from the University of Southampton.
