Background

Canyu Liu has been a research associate at º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ since 2022 after obtaining a PhD from º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ. He attained a master's degree from Shandong University in 2018 and a bachelor's degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2014.  

Main research interests 

Canyu Liu's main research interests lie in the field of high-temperature Pb-free packaging technology.
