Clare Nicholas is head of the Visual Communication Specialism on the Art and Design Foundation programme.
She has worked in the industry as a freelance illustrator since graduating in 1988 from the Royal College of Art with an MA in Printmaking creating visual solutions using a combination of practical and digital processes.
Her clients include Washington Post, The Guardian, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, World Wildlife Fund, Bloomsbury Publishing, Sainsbury's, Amnesty International and BBC Worldwide.
Her working process and imagery has been featured in Adobe Layers (Designer Spotlight feature) and Photoshop User.
