Study options
Learn more about the subjects and modules you can study with us.
What can I study?
Your choice of modules will depend on whether you are a Business or Economics student, and on your own university’s requirements.
You can choose modules across a range of programmes including Business, Management, Finance, Information Management and Economics, which will be reviewed by our Academic Exchange Co-ordinator. Our courses are influenced by the leading research of our academics and include diverse teaching and learning experiences.
Students develop sound practical skills which make them attractive to employers. To be eligible you must have a background in Business or Economics and have completed at least two years of study of a four-year university or college degree, or one year of a three-year degree.
Modules and credits
Students must take most of their modules in the Business School. Modules are chosen from a list which is normally confirmed in May.
A student at º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ takes 60 º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ credits per semester, which is equivalent to 30 ECTS credits.
We are expecting exchange students to register for the same number of credits as a student registered for a º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ degree.
Undergraduate modules are usually worth 10 or 5 ECTS credits, depending on the content. Postgraduate modules are usually worth 7.5 ECTS credits.
Module contents can be consulted via the links below.
It may also be possible to take a credit-bearing language module in the Language Centre. For more information please visit the Language Centre website.
Module registration
The International Relations Office will register students to modules prior to arrival and inform of any changes required (due to timetable clashes and/or module availability).
