Work and Organisation
Bringing together academics with a shared interest in people management, we’re conducting research that’s helping to shape a new future of work.
By operating across the boundaries of conventional academic disciplines, we’re helping organisations evolve and enhance their work practices – to meet the changing needs of employees and workplaces.
As work evolves, the way organisations organise themselves has to as well. We’re conducting research that’s driving change within industry and governments, drawing on world-leading expertise across multiple disciplines, including organisation studies, work psychology and human resource management.
From projects to tackle workplace inequalities, to initiatives looking at wellbeing, gender and the work-life interface – we’re shaping and sharing new ideas that are helping to co-create a more balanced and more equitable work landscape.
