Onur Agca is an early-career researcher in Operations and Supply Chain Management field and is currently working as Senior Research Associate for InterAct’s ‘Future of Digital Manufacturing Ecosystems’ project at º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ. He holds MSc and PhD degrees in Supply Chain Management from University of Warwick.
Before joining º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ, Onur involved both in teaching and research-related activities of the field with the following posts: Teaching Fellow in Warwick Business School, Research Fellow in Plastic Recycling Supply Chain project in Durham University Business School, and multiple research posts during the doctoral years in Industry 4 and Circular Economy fields.
Onur‘s research focuses on behavioural aspects of Operations and Supply Chain Management. He aims to uncover the impacts of human characteristics and their behavioural reactions towards changing environmental conditions in various operational issues, especially those related to adoption of digitalisation and sustainability.
