Summary of project activities and outcomes:

Advising the Minister for Natural Resource, Minerals and Energy Policy. The primary role was the planning and preparation of a national rural water supply policy and strategy. In addition, to assist the government in its discussions with international donors and partners on water supply and sanitation. A further component involves building the capacity of the Minister and his staff in policy planning and management.
