Dr Kevoe-Feldman is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Studies at Northeastern University, and, as an expert conversation analyst, has a rapidly growing research portfolio in the field.

Dr Kevoe-Feldman has conducted extensive research on customer service communication, specifically looking at customers’ communication practices for breaking through organizational resistance. Her more recent research explores crisis negotiation and prevention of potential suicide. Her publications appear in peer reviewed research journals such as Communication Reports, Journal of Pragmatics, Discourse Studies, and Research on Language and Social Interaction.

Dr Kevoe-Feldman has an interest in turning research into training for crisis negotiators and helpline staff, has attended CARM training and is a CARM Affiliate.
