Professor Helena Cooper-Thomas, Auckland University of Technology
Dr Helena Cooper-Thomas is Professor of Organizational Behavior at Auckland University of Technology (AUT), New Zealand. Her research is predominantly empirical—both quantitative and qualitative—and focuses on development and change in employees’ relationships with each other and their employing organization, in particular the onboarding and socialization of new employees.
Dr Rudabeh Shahid, Oberlin College
Dr Rudabeh Shahid is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council’s South Asia Center and a Senior Consultant at the European Institute for International Law and International Relations. Dr Shahid is also a Visiting Assistant Professor of Politics at Oberlin College.
Dr Alison Barnes, Western Sydney University
Dr Alison Barnes is a Senior Lecturer in Visual Communication and a member of the Institute of Culture and Society at Western Sydney University, Australia. Her research interests centre on the differing roles graphic design can play in the mediation, construction, and communication of everyday life, belonging and identity.
