This session will demystify academic publishing. Facilitated by four academics who are editors of academic journals, members of editorial boards and who also review and of course write academic publications, the workshop will provide an opportunity to learn about what happens ‘on the other side’ when the paper gets submitted, how to respond to reviewers’ comments and deal with paper rejections, and to discuss how the good, the bad, and the ugly of academic publishing.
