Droplets splashing into pool of water

Step into spring with ‘Splash!’ concert by º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Choir

The University Choir will be navigating the rapids this spring with a programme of music on a watery theme.

From the jazzy sounds of the Ivor Novello award-winning ‘Captain Noah and his Floating Zoo’ (Michael Flanders and Joseph Horovitz) to the serenity of Palestrina, the choir pays tribute to those who live in, by, or across the water. With a range of traditional songs and music by Edward Elgar, Eric Whitacre, Burt Bacharach, and Paul Simon, there’s plenty to enjoy.

Eleanor Graff-Baker will conduct the Choir with accompanist Eleonora Babitsky.

Free car parking is available on-site.

Book your tickets.

Tickets will be available on the door (subject to availability) but cash payments only.

The University Choir is open to students, staff, and members of the public (age 16+) and rehearses on Monday evenings during term time. Membership is £10 per concert period (Sep-Dec or Jan-May) and free for º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ students.
