The screening will take place on 26 January at 7pm at Cope Auditorium.
The Crucible tells the story of a group of young women in Salem, raised to be seen but not heard, suddenly finding that their words have an almighty power. As a climate of fear, vendetta, and accusation spreads through the community, no one is safe from trial.
Following her critically acclaimed production of Hamlet, Lyndsey Turner transforms Arthur Miller’s story, with a brand-new contemporary staging designed by Tony Award-winner Es Devlin (The Lehman Trilogy). Captured live in London’s West End, the cast features icons such as Erin Doherty (The Crown) and Brendan Cowell (Yerma).
