º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ tops Student Barometer
º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ has been ranked first in the UK by an independent student survey.
The international and UK Student Barometer allows students to give universities feedback on the services they provide. The survey covers four overarching areas: the services provided to students on their arrival, the academic learning experience, the support services available, and the university experience outside the lecture room.
Across all these areas º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ came first out of all the participating universities, with over 90% of º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ students saying they were satisfied. In addition 92% of the students who took part said they would recommend º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ to others considering applying to university.
Professor Robert Allison, º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ’s Vice Chancellor, said: “It is great to have such positive feedback from our students. It is thanks to the hard work of staff at the University and the Students’ Union who are committed to providing outstanding support for our students.”
Almost 100,000 domestic and international students from 28 UK higher education institutions took part in the survey.
