This year’s theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is movement. The University has put together a programme of events for both staff and students to enjoy, with the aim of bringing people together and providing a sense of community.

My Lifestyle

The My Lifestyle programme is a free and inclusive recreational sport and physical activity offer, that is open to and welcomes everybody of any ability. There are a series of sports and activities for staff and students taking place during a weekly timetable to get you moving more for your mental health.
