º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ retains its 13th place ranking in Times Good University Guide 2016
º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ has maintained its position as one of the country’s leading higher education institutions, holding onto its 13th place out of 123 UK universities in The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2016.
The guide, published in this Sunday’s (20 September) newspaper, ranks universities on eight key criteria – student satisfaction, research quality, graduate prospects, entrance qualifications, degree results achieved, student/staff ratios, services and facilities spend, and drop-out rates.
In the subject tables, º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ is ranked top for Librarianship and Information Management. Twelve other subject areas are ranked in the top ten.

“This latest ranking in the Good University Guide 2016 further cements º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ’s position as one of the country’s top universities.”
º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ continues to be in the top 15 of all three national university league tables, after an 11th place ranking in both the Complete University Guide and Guardian University Guide earlier this year. It also remains the East Midlands’ top university.
