Profile
Amanda is a leading voice in lifestyle medicine in the United Kingdom and internationally. She is the Director of the Centre for Lifestyle Medicine and Behaviour (CLiMB), which develops innovative physical activity and weight management interventions to prevent and treat chronic diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, cancer, heart disease and depression. Amanda works closely with public health organisations, the NHS and health charities, and is an advisor to the British Society for Lifestyle Medicine.
Amanda leads the academic partnership with the GreggWallace.Health weight loss and wellness online programme, where she provides independent expert scientific advice.
