Katryna has demonstrated outstanding effort in helping our Early Career Academic staff achieve notable success in their applications to the Young Academy.
She helped the applicants tailor their applications specifically for this scheme, bringing out the best of these staff. This included a bespoke support package with help in the video submission, mentorship on the written application and drop-in sessions for incremental development of the whole package. The result is that º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ has the best successful entry list to the inaugural Young Academy in the UK.

NCCAT Technicians
The National Centre for Combustion and Aerothermal Technology (NCCAT) conducts internationally leading research in low emission gas turbine technologies, with applications in the aerospace, automotive, and energy sectors, delivering real and lasting impact to industry partners.
The status and success of NCCAT and the projects it supports is inextricably linked to the skills and dedication of its technical staff. Their ingenuity, high quality of workmanship, commitment and talent continues to form a key part of the facility’s successful operation and capabilities.
Library Open Research Team
Our Library has taken a leading approach to open scholarship playing a significant role in the development of the University’s values-based approach to Open Research and with their collaborative, responsible and creative approach support the University values.
The OR Team play a significant role in driving forward the structures, workflows and support required to embed the University’s Open Research Position Statement across the institution working with colleagues across the University. Their work provides tangible benefits to researchers in ensuring that research outputs are visible, discoverable, and compliant with funder requirements.
