Known issue with telephone headsets

There is a known issue with all SIP telephone handsets across the University. This has now been resolved.

Since 8am, all of the organisation's physical phones (approx 160 devices) have been offline, meaning they are unable to make or receive calls. There is a problem in Microsoft's cloud infrastructure that is impacting multiple organisations. 

Update from IT Services:

The issue affecting all SIP telephone handsets across the University has been resolved, and the handsets are now functioning normally. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
