Celebratory Lunch for Diwali 2022 serving vegetarian 3 course meal.
Starters
- Potato Chaat (Potatoes, ginger, fried gram, green chili, lemon juice)
- Bhelpuri Chaat ( Puffed rice, fennel, green chutney, tamarind paste)
- Accompaniment: Boondi Raita / Pickles / Papad / Mango Chutney
Mains
- Mogo Jalfrezi (cassava or yuca, is a root vegetable mixed with mild spice / onion / peppers)
- Bhindi Do Pyaza (Lady fingers, garam masala, cayenne pepper, dried mango)
- Rajma Masala (Rajma, dried kidney beans, low fat, garam masala, ginger)
- Malai Kofta (Paneer, potato, cream, corn flour, garam masala)
- Pilao Rice (Basmati rice, cinnamon, olive oil, bay leaves, cardamom pods)
- Plan Naan (enriched dough composed of wheat flour, plain yogurt, water, egg, vegetable oil, and yeast)
Desserts
- Kesar Penda (Milk powder, powdered sugar, saffron, crumbled paneer, whole)
- Kufli Ice-Cream (typically made of condensed milk (milk and sugar) and flavourful ingredients including saffron, cardamom, rosewater, mango and pistachio)
