Inspirational Black Leaders Panel Discussion

The ‘Inspirational Black Leaders Panel Discussion’ session was hosted by Hemisha Harji and Sophie Kanaber, BME staff group members, for staff and students as part of Black History Month. Guest speakers working in a number of high profile roles and in a variety of areas within a variety of industries, shared their stories about the realities of climbing to senior positions in the workplace. An informal networking reception was also held for the audience to interact with and ask the guest speakers questions.
