Katrin Heucher, a doctoral researcher at the Centre for Service Management (CSM) and the School of Busines and Economics participated in the 12th Annual Ivey/ARCS PhD Sustainability Academy at Ivey Business School in London, Canada.

The PhD Sustainability Academy, co-hosted by the Ivey Business School and Alliance for Research on Corporate Sustainability (ARCS), and convened 16 promising PhD students and senior researchers championing path-breaking research on sustainability across multiple disciplines using diverse theoretical and methodological approaches. Organized by Oana Branzei from Ivey Business School, Western University, the four-day intensive program was a great platform and gave Katrin both inspiration and concrete next steps for her research on the implementation of sustainability strategies in the context of multinational businesses.
