On 2^nd of April 2018, Araz Zirar visited the Indian Institute of Technology – Delhi  (IIT Delhi).

The purpose of the visit was to attend a two-day workshop and kick start a collaborative research project with Professor Ravi Shankar entitled: Exploring how organisations orient the human element of service delivery operations in Indian service sector.

Araz successfully secured the funding (£2000) from the SBE Research Mobility fund for the purpose of that visit.
