Professor Thorsten Gruber represented CSM at the 2^nd International Network of Service Researchers event, organised by CTF-Service Research Center at Karlstad University, to strengthen and move the field of service research forward.

More than 40 academics from service research centres worldwide took part and discussed important topics such as the future of publishing service related research and how to collaborative better. The discussion was then followed by a workshop during which colleagues worked in small groups on current research topics.
