CSM Conference on Service Innovation in Emerging Markets
The Centre for Service Management is running a two-day conference on 'Service Innovation in Emerging Markets' later this month. The event will include a series of workshops presenting, analysing and discussing the latest trends in service innovation both for emerging markets (EMs) and those coming out of EMs.
